A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to enroll. This payment will be collected on the next page.

Payment Due Dates:

$210 / month

$100 deposit + $210 (6/16 & 7/14) + $105 (8/11)

Deadline to unenroll before Summer 2024 starts is: August 25, 2024

Automatic charges to card on file: If payments aren't made in another form by their due dates, your card on file will automatically be charged. 

Late Payment Fee: if payments are not made by their due dates and the credit card on file will not process payment, a $10 per week late fee will automatically be added to your balance for up to four weeks.

Agreement to pay in full regardless of attendance: By enrolling and putting down a deposit, I agree to pay for the season in full, regardless of students’ attendance.


Auto Re-enrollment until I provide written notice of un-enrollment

I understand and agree that: 

a) Enrollment in Actor’s Edge is ongoing by default.  I (or my child) will be automatically re-enrolled, season after season until I submit a written notice to freeze or terminate my enrollment (notice should be submitted via email to act@actorsedge.com.)

b) I can only freeze or terminate enrollment between class seasons, not mid-season. 

c) Notice to freeze or terminate enrollment from a future class season must be delivered at least 2 weeks before that class season begins, or I (or my child) will be automatically re-enrolled, my card on file will be charged the enrollment deposit, I will be bound by the enrollment terms of that season, and late un-enrollment for that season will incur the following penalties:

If you submit your notice to freeze or terminate enrollment after the deadline but before the start date of the next class season, you will be charged 50% of the tuition for the season.  However, that payment, minus the $100 deposit, may be used as a credit toward any future class at Actor’s Edge for up to one year. 

If you submit your notice to freeze or terminate enrollment after the deadline and after the season has begun, You will be charged for the full season regardless of attendance, and that payment cannot be used as credit toward future classes.

ONLY A TALENT AGENT LICENSED PURSUANT TO SECTION 1700.5 OF THE LABOR CODE MAY ENGAGE IN THE OCCUPATION OF PROCURING, OFFERING, PROMISING, OR ATTEMPTING TO PROCURE EMPLOYMENT OR ENGAGEMENTS FOR AN ARTIST. Actor’s Edge IS PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM OFFERING OR ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN AUDITIONS OR EMPLOYMENT FOR YOU. IT MAY ONLY PROVIDE YOU WITH TRAINING. FOR MORE INFORMATION, CONSULT CHAPTER 4.5 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 1701) OF PART 6 OF DIVISION 2 OF THE LABOR CODE. A DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TALENT SERVICE THAT IS NOT RESOLVED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ARTIST SHOULD BE REFERRED TO A LOCAL CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, AS APPROPRIATE.

Your right to cancel: You may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 10 business days from your initial enrollment date or the date on which you commence utilizing the services under the contract, whichever is longer. For purposes of this section, business days are Monday through Friday. To cancel this contract, send the notification below to: act@actorsedge.com

Cancellation Notice: "I hereby cancel this contract. Dated: Artist Signature." If you cancel, all fees you have paid must be refunded to you within 10 business days after delivery of the cancellation notice to the talent service.

Parent or legal guardian must enroll student under 18 years of age.

If a student under the age of 18 is enrolling, by checking the box above and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are also certifying that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student enrolling and have read and agreed to these terms.

HEADSHOT TERMS: If you took part in a headshot offer for early enrollment in class, and for any reason you do not make full payment for the class, you understand and agree that the full price for your headshot session must be paid plus a 20% penalty fee and that amount will be automatically charged to your card on file.

Property Rights

All material written, created, or performed by students for this class and any product thereof becomes the property of the Actor’s Edge. Actor’s Edge reserves the right to use all material created or performed in class, as well as student's face and likeness, at its own discretion, including for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, the right to distribute the video from class on this website and on dvd at the end of the season.
