We collect the following types of information: Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, address, and other information you provide when enrolling or contacting us.  Payment Information: Credit card or payment details for tuition processing.  Audio/Visual Recordings: We record video and audio in classes for both training and safety purposes.  Performance Materials: We may collect scripts, recordings, and materials you perform or create during classes.

3. Recording in Class

 

Actor’s Edge utilizes in-studio video and audio surveillance for safety and training purposes. By entering the studio or participating in online or in-person classes, you acknowledge and consent to this recording. These recordings may be stored and reviewed by our staff as needed.

 

4. Disclosure of Information

 

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it: With our staff and contractors to provide services, With payment processors to complete transactions legally required (e.g., court order, law enforcement)

 

5. Data Security

 

We implement standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

6. Minors

 

If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the enrollment. By enrolling a minor, you confirm that you are the legal guardian and agree to all terms on their behalf.

You may: Request access to or deletion of your data (unless retained under legal obligation or contractual necessity) Opt out of non-essential communications, Withdraw consent for promotional use by written request (note this may not apply to previously published materials)
