Enrollment Terms

Deposit: Your first month's payment of $250 is required to enroll.

Class Tuition: $250 per month with 4 classes.  $312.50 for months with 5 classes.  Tuition will be pro-rated lower, on a class-by-class basis, during any month with less than 4 classes offered.

Payment Schedule: Beginning on your 2nd calendar month of class, tuition is due on the first day of the new calendar month.

AUTO PAY DEFAULT: if payments are not made by their due dates in another form, your credit card used to submit your enrollment deposit (or a replacement credit card on file) will automatically be charged for any balance due.

Working Credit Card on File: You agree to keep a working credit card on file. A $1 test charge will be charged and refunded to any new credit card number delivered to Actor’s Edge. If, for any reason, your credit card will not process the test charge, or charge on due dates, you agree to either replace it with a working card immediately, or a) immediately submit a “final month” payment at your normal tuition rate. This payment can be applied to your final month in class after you deliver 30 days written notice of termination or enrollment pause.  AND b) pay a $10 per week late fee on any future payments not made by their due dates regardless of your attendance on those dates.

LATE PAYMENT FEE: if payments are not made by their due dates and the credit card on file will not process payment, a $10 per week late fee will automatically be added to your balance for up to four weeks.

OTHER TERMS:

3-month minimum enrollment

If you are a new student to this class you agree to a three-month minimum enrollment.  Return students are not subject to a three-month minimum but must agree to the 30-day notice policy to pause or terminate enrollment.

Terminating or pausing Enrollment

30 days notice must be submitted in writing to act@actorsedge.com to terminate enrollment.  Until enrollment is terminated in this manner, by default, payment will be due and your card will continue to be automatically charged each month.

Credit for missed classes: You may get credit for a) missed classes due to paid acting work or auditions for paid acting work that are scheduled at the same time as class. Email us the audition notice or call sheet including proof it's paid acting work, to get your credit.  b) intermittent missed classes, if you provide 30 days, advanced written notice,  or, if the absences fall within the first 30 days of your class, written notice about those dates upon enrollment.
